Awful building, management is non-responsive. Does not want to repair anything.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location. Nothing more.
Cons:
Mice, management company awful and not helpful, super patches things up.
Advice to owner:
Invest in remodeling your property.

Terrible management. Don’t rent here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is ideal, and the price reflects this convenience, however it is not worth the monthly rate nor the headaches.
Cons:
The building is infested with mice, the management company is not responsive and they send Jose the super to patch up things that should be replaced. He does a shoddy job and he’s afraid to speak up to the management company. The stove doesn’t heat up well, the refrigerators are outdated and don’t cool properly. The heat is temperamental and the mice are incessant. It’s not a safe place to live as the plumbing always causes leaks that damages your property and the emergency fire exit is always closed at the basement of the building.
The broker, Marilyn, is also a major scammer! She bribes tenants for money!
Advice to owner:
It’s time for renovations to the building. You can treat your tenants with more kindness and care. Show a little empathy for your tenants during a global pandemic. Fix the pipes, fix the heat, replace the outdated appliances.

10/10 Would not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s in a prime location
Cons:
Where do I begin? Being told that I was lying about my fridge going out mid pandemic orrr heat going out every winter??? Hmm. Or perhaps I should’ve started with the near threatening signs management hung insisting that rent continue to be paid despite rampant unemployment due to Covid.
Ok but let’s take covid out of it. There are the mice, the leaks, the faulty appliances, and the locked fire exit.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building the people with souls.

Had control over radiator thermostat in our unit, updated kitchen and bathroom
Cons:
Minor mice issues in the winter. Landlord addressed in a timely manner.
