Poor management;
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap, close to train, good neighborhood
Cons:
Ceiling leaked when rained and management never fixed, management company was not responsible, can hear club in ground floor even from top floor, loud bar patrons outside blocking door to building, entrance door constantly broken (unable to open) creating an unsafe situation, robbery occurred there, apts and rooms are very small, walls between apartments not sealed and noise travels easily between
