Pros:
Amazing area, truly love to be here. You will not find a more central apartment, with huge rooms and prewar fixtures.
Cons:
It is pre-war building so SOMETIMES (not very often) there can be a pest problem. But they do have the exterminator visit weekly and you can always ask for additional help when needed.
