- very close to C train
-great neighborhood

- typical old and loud pre-war radiators
-hard to get in touch with management company
Advice to owner:
-renovate the whole building and put in a new heating system

Great, helpful live in super. Large sized units. Friendly neighbors.
Cons:
Old building that comes with associated problems - creaky floors, leaks in ceilings, low heat, pests, etc.

Keep heat on during the winter days.
