Neglectful landlord

Pros:
Beautiful building, wonderful residents/neighbors, some apartments (not all) were renovated inside with new appliances
Cons:
Landlord is extremely neglectful, often not answering or not taking actions on things that need to be fixed, e.g. poison ivy in the yard, working with Con Edison for meter replacement, removing dead animals from the roof, etc.
