Kind responsible landlords

Pros

Love my landlords. They are very quick to fix any issues. Light filled, good sized apartment. Has a human vibe, not a management company.

Cons

Nothing, it’s pretty straightforward. What you see is what we got. I suppose Washington Ave can be a little loud, but that’s to be expected in NYC.

Advice to the owners

Keep up the good work.

Wonderful owners, great neighborhood

Pros

Catherine and Anne are quick to respond to any issues. They're both lovely people and I always enjoyed chatting with them. It's a great building in a lively neighborhood.

Cons

Only one: Washington Ave. can be very loud, especially on Saturday nights. (Even by NYC standards.)
