Quiet, good value place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Only one apartment per floor, so you never really have to deal with neighbor noise -Good value for money in the area. Central air, dishwasher, SS appliances, and lots of space at this price. -Overall responsive management. They'll reply to you within the week to fix things.
Cons:
-The new super is kind of incompetent. Means well, but not very efficient or good at fixing unit issues. -The front door hasn't been fixed, so can often just be pushed open. The virtual doorman system doesn't always work. So obviously, lots of package theft.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the front door!

Overall a good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good windows and light. Central AC/heat. Dishwasher. Safe and quiet street. Never saw any bugs or mice. New laundry machines in the basement as of 2021. Feels newish and clean on the inside. Minimal rent increases.
Cons:
The digital doorman never really worked. Minor cosmetic stuff was never fixed. Getting other things fixed was a bit of a hassle and would never get fully resolved. The front of the building can pile up with trash. Basement will flood occasionally during a bad storm. Neighbors can be noisy sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and hire professionals to make repairs. Keep the stairway to the basement and the front of the building clean and clear of trash.
