10 Lexington Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location, beautiful building, great amenities like the gym and laundry room, feels very safe.
Cons:
The building seems cheaply made, with very thin walls, doors with little to no insulation, low water pressure and temperature, and appliances not built to last.

Lexington Charm
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pros were the space. My roommates and I had a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex - quite the steal! We were able to secure a deal during COVID. It was super convenient! Amenities were free and nice to have, the building was quiet, and the neighbors were nice. Loved the courtyard - it felt like you weren't even in NY. Gazmir was always super helpful! Also, they recently switched to using an app-based platform for maintenance requests - way easier.
Cons:
For major concerns, management would take a while to address. My advice is to go straight to Gazmir. I had water damage once on my ceiling and it took months to address. Also, they used to have pest control monthly then stopped when the new management came. I wish they continued because in the summer time we'd see more pests. If you have a balcony get a screen to prevent any bugs.

Poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
A lot of space
Cons:
Gas bill is always high. No matter how much heat you use. You pay a “ Delivery fee” which is higher than your usage. “Delivery fee” $150 and usage $9-16 Managment doesn’t communicate with tenants or respond. People are really loud always slamming doors (your door vibrates) not good if you a sleeping baby and dogs barking for any noise they hear or someone walking by.
Advice to owner:
Respond to questions tenants have Follow up with tenants and communicate what’s going in the building. Painting, something not working or construction etc
