Long on promises, short on delivery

Pros:
Great location in Clinton Hill
Cons:
Very difficult management- mountains of financials to apply- jump through ever changing hurdles. Promised roof top deck and new mailboxes and WiFi - never happened. Difficult to communicate with - elusive Very slow to respond to issues Roach issues
Advice to owner:
Be kind to original tenants and honest with new tenants
