Racist Slum Lord

Pros:
Good natural light, mostly wonderful neighbors
Cons:
the landlord is a racist who only assists his white tenants, we had a rat infestation that got into the apartments and he didn’t do anything until we took legal action. He turned off the elevator just to be petty
Advice to owner:
Seek Psychiatric Help.
