Lived here 2 years. Good and bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof access, big windows, great location, pest control monthly, mail delivery is ok, really nice super
Cons:
Loud street, our ceiling leaked two times and we didn’t get much help, occasional roach but whatever, they raised the rent 850 dollars for a tiny 2 bedroom.
Advice to owner:
Pay to fix the ceilings. A tiny two bedroom is not worth3000 dollars.

Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has some charm, cheap for neighborhood
Cons:
Where to begin….
The boiler room had pipes explode multiple times where the courtyard was flooding, spilling water all over exposed wires which seemed like a major electrical fire hazard, not to mention we would go days without heat in the middle of winter. The courtyard is infested, i mean infested, with giant rats. Every time you open a trash can, one pops out and multiple scatter in all directions. Our bathroom ceiling was leaking for 2 months with no repair. We had a bucket that we had to empty daily and brown water with speckles of rat shit would pour out daily. And not a single dime off our rent. Oh and there are people who pee in front of the door so you’re stepping over piss puddles on your way out.
