Great units, great location, paper-thin walls

Pros:
Wonderful location, great old-school apartment feel, very friendly and responsive Super and Landlord. Packages could be left inside behind locked doors. Generally friendly neighbors.
Cons:
You could hear someone in the next unit if they sneeze loud enough. If you are sensitive to noise, or like to have loud gatherings, stay away from this spot.
Advice to owner:
Clean the place up quite a bit, repaint the halls, and please soundproof the units when they turn over.
