just poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
good neighborhood, thats all
Cons:
Building is old and dirty (roaches everywhere). Management will take months to help you with small maintenance issues. Super and his entire family camp out in the alleys until 4 am with loud music in the summer.
Advice to owner:
Do better
