Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and affordable
Cons:
Sometimes things can get loud in the bldg
Advice to owner:
some floor repairs needed

Not bad, not great.
Former Tenant
Pros:
They hire good handy people to fix things. They don’t raise the rent a lot.
Roof access.
Convenient to train.
Corner deli is awesome.
A couple people from management company are nice.
Cons:
Response time for maintenance issues is a little lacking, little to no night or weekend response.
No live-in or on call super.
Building neighbors are respectful, but building is **one block away from methadone clinic. Junkies are mostly harmless, but rude and always hanging around the corner/in front of the building in the morning**
Could be cleaner.
