Fine for a year
Former Tenant
Pros:
We had a nice size apt, renovated, never had a pest issue. Heat needed to be adjusted by super but overall worked.
Cons:
Was stuck in a weird spot in middle of building- no fire escapes or street views. Was quieter from street noise but double the neighbor noise from hallway. Kids used to come after school every day & bang on their grandmother's door & scream her name since she was deaf. Homeless lady lived in the lobby & many people would block the front door in summer. Garbage issue in the courtyard
Advice to owner:
If people are allowed to live in the lobby at least make them ask me a clever riddle every day
