Barely OK for price
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location was good and the neighbors were nice.
Cons:
Zero maintenance. Non-locking from door. Homeless people slept in lobby. Drug addicts on roof.
Packages stolen all the time. The building had major structural issues that hadn’t been addressed in decades.
