Pros:
Location location location

Close by and easy access to so many bars, restaurants, train lines, groceries etv
Cons:
Could hear upstairs neighbors sooo easily
Only one washer and dryer so felt like competition to get laundry done.
They raise the rent a lot

Good building, could be managed a bit better

Pros:
Can nearly always throw away my thrash in a bin
Very little pests seen, rat trap near the thrash
Nice and safe rooftop
Laundry in building ($2-$2.50)
Cons:
Water pressure is not very high
Neighbors complain about noise from rooftop

Fix the security cameras
