Horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, rooftop, quiet neighborhood
Cons:
The management will gas light you, ignore you, and take forever to fix things. They refuse to be helpful.
Advice to owner:
Get new management.

Cute building, terrible noise levels, sexually harrassed by property manager
Former Tenant
Pros:
This was a decent place to live in terms of nyc. The building I thought was very cute and clean, repairs (which needed to happen often) were pretty timely tended to, and the property office people were pretty good, nothing financially predatory. Monthly free pest spraying. Got my whole security deposit back.
Cons:
My biggest complaints: the NOISE levels were nuts. But I had someone above me literally wore high heels at home all day. I asked if they could ask her to buy rugs and they never did. I would get woken up in the middle of the night from noise with earplugs AND whitenoise. Ya the noise insulation is AWFUL and the reason I moved. The property manager, who for some reason came with the repairman every time he had repairs was sexist and awful. He sexually harrassed me very very bad. And I started avoiding repairs. I don’t remember his name but he had redhair, I don’t know if he is still there. The eastern european repairman was great. Other stuff: stuff broke down a lot. The power randomly went out about 2-3 times a week but we had access to the breaker and would snap it back on. the dryer was never repaired even though I asked about 6 times. Homeless men slept on our stoop and catcalled us and I got followed home twice. I also called the police on a domestic violence situation I could hear through the walls out of concern for her life- which wasnt a good solution cause the nypd was awful and she just covered up for him but I could hear domestic violence through the walls about once a month and helpless about what to do about it. Which is no ones fault but that and the woman who wore heels on hardword as house shoes were the reason for the low neighbors score.
Advice to owner:
if you still have the redhead property manager he is rude and sexually harassing your tenants, please get someone else. I understand the dryer was a vendor but is your job to make sure the vendors maintain the services you pay them for. Insulate the walls- worst sound insulation i have ever experienced and i have been a renter for 10 years.

Would not live here again
Former Tenant
Pros:
Looks nice I guess
Cons:
We had scratching in our walls and management acted like that was unthinkable/had never happened — we found out it was common in the building when the exterminator came. THEN, there was a massive leak in our apartment (from rain, we were top floor) that damaged belongings and wouldn’t stop no matter how many times they said they fixed it. By the end, they acted like we were making it up despite several literal videos of the leak occurring. These people should not be managing buildings. After all that, they tried to avoid giving us back our security deposit.
Advice to owner:
Sell it, honestly.
