Ok space in a great neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good value & space for the current rent. High ceilings, great close proximity to transit, restaurants, bars Trader Joe’s, etc
Cons:
Dishwasher is out of date. Electric stove old, falling apart, fridge is covered in stains from past tenants
Windows are single pane, poorly insulated, very cold winters, ver hot & humid summers, drafty, unable to maintain height when brought up. Very bad paint job - paint drippings all over the floors
Mailboxes are located outside & are regularly broken into
Floors are not leveled, furniture will need to leveled so it fall over. Fulton Street is noisy, lots of motorcycles, train, bus, honking daily where the bedrooms are located. Maintenance & management constantly ask to access our apartment window that leads to the vents & generators
Trash & debris is also left in the space in the center of the building
Advice to owner:
Please fix & or upgrade the windows to double pane. Floors need to be leveled even if that mean keeping the apartment vacant. New kitchen appliances should be added
