Clean building, nice apts
Cons:
The landlord will not return your security deposit and will ghost you so they won’t have to give it back

Okay Building Horrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself is cool and has potential - converted artist lofts. Rent stabilized. Right across the street from the A/C.
Cons:
The management company is atrocious - does not fix timely repairs or respond to any communication. The "amenities" are laughable. Broken furniture on the caving in roof. Gym equipment that does not work. Tons of package theft / burglary / grand larceny occurred in the building. Management did nothing to address the issue.
Advice to owner:
Get a new property management company

Not great, not terrible.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good amenities, fairly clean.
Cons:
Overpriced, not the best locale, one way management style, and predatory lease terms.
Advice to owner:
Get some security cameras and be forthright with rental agreements
