Not bad not great

Pros:
Pretty renovated building laundry is in the basement and it’s cheap
Cons:
The first thing that happened when we moved in we had termites and the Management was not very responsive about it. We had cockroaches as well. The trash outside is really a downside and there’s rats right outside the door. Not the best neighborhood feels unsafe.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and caring towards your tenants.
