relatively clean, great location, nice neighbors, laundry, affordable

landlord is very difficult, but the location is almost worth it.

Good decently maintained apartment
Cons:
Delusional unpredictable landlord who will harass and accuse you of false/ dramatized accusations.

Had to threaten legal action to get my deposit back when I left the place looking better than when I moved in.
Advice to owner:
Narcissism is a disease, happiness is a choice, please get help.
