Nice spacious apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
The heat and hot water is perfect
Cons:
They don’t keep it clean. Packages gets stolen. They don’t do anything to your apartment unless you call 311 on them
Advice to owner:
You’re ripping people off for what your charging them for rent.
