Avoid at all costs.
Former Tenant
Pros:
My neighbors were the sweetest ever. The Lefferts community is so warm and welcoming.
Cons:
The management is either unresponsive or a total hack when they do respond
Advice to owner:
Care more about your tenants. Take the damn trash out on time, and fix the leafy infrastructure.
