Small starter apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near fort greene and all its amenities for a very affordable price point. Two citibike stations very near this block.
Cons:
Its very near the BQE. You can hear the noise. The building also shakes often throughout the day - i assume bec of the traffic of the BQE. The landlord is responsive for quick fixes, but when we wanted to get the leaking ceiling of our bathroom fixed, it never happened.
Advice to owner:
Fix the bathroom ceiling leaks
