Decent building, roach infestation
Former Tenant
Pros:
responsive management and super. maintenance issues were treated seriously.
Cons:
terrible roach infestation and landlord was unhelpful.
Building echos noise. My upstairs neighbors 7am alarm would wake me up often.
Walls are hollow completely, the building lacks any sort of insulation.
Brick wall was not sealed and shed dust and small rocks constantly. brick was also dirty. Landlord was unhelpful
Advice to owner:
be mindful of cleanliness, roaches are an issue.

Could Be Better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent location in an up and coming neighborhood.
Cons:
Bad heating, place burned down because of an electrical fire.
Advice to owner:
Landlord needs to be a better people person. The way the situation was handled with the fire and it being her fault was awful. No compassion nor need to help even though it was landlords fault for hiring unlicensed electricians just to save money and cut corners.

Good enough for student housing
Former Tenant
Pros:
- affordable - Love the area (not for everyone) - Landlord is a wonderful, sweet, understanding person - super is very responsive
Cons:
- If your place isn’t clean, you will get roaches - Small space - pipe burst in building
