Super location with poor hygiene

Pros:
The Location is great and our apt in the building was super cute.
Cons:
Horribly maintained. The entire building needs to be updated and I don’t mean like new stuff I just mean the structure, floors, paint etc needs to be done.
Advice to owner:
The building is horribly maintained. There is a pest problem and the common areas/hall are never cleaned. The entire building needs to be refurbished.
