Pest Infested - not worth what their currently charging
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Great location
Cons:
- Rats/house flies/fruit flies/roaches I've seen it all here and it's not just occasionally, this place is infested in the walls and it spreads to the inside of the apartments
- On day the garbage compactor is used the entire apartment reeks
- Thin walls (sound carries)
- Hot water occasionally doesn't work
- Owner is responsive but can't form a complete sentence and doesn't show any empathy or care about any concerns
Advice to owner:
Clean this place please. The people deserve better and the infestations will only get worse. Have PROFESSIONALS (not just your buddies) go in and get rid of the pests, mold, and whatever else lurks behind these greasy walls. Just more professionalism all around would be great.

could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
In a good, convenient neighborhood. lots of stores around and so pretty in the summer! People are nice and friendly
Cons:
Cleanliness could be a lot better, and owner could be more thoughtful. this is where people sleep, eat and live!!
Advice to owner:
make it a place YOU’D like to live in

Great location if you can deal with the cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to fort greene park and a great neighborhood. Plumber Mustafa is lovely.
Cons:
Dirty hallways, roaches, occasional fly infestations in the hallways, dirty neighbors leaving garbage in hallways even though every floor has a trash shute, apartments were poorly chopped up and plastered back together to make more apartments, the guy that is hired to do repairs in your apartment (Elvis) is slow, talks too much, and is sexist af. Asks really personal questions, mocks women for having jobs instead of having kids. And nothing ever gets fixed in a timely manner or at all. Also the heat is blasted in the winter so it’s always so incredibly hot we get nosebleeds.
Advice to owner:
Have the hallways professionally cleaned, there is grime, cobwebs, and coffee stains dripping down the walls. No wonder we have pests.
