    Passive landlord and old building

    Pros:
    Location, neighborhood, park
    Cons:
    -shootings at deli and they are open 24/7
    -vermon infestation
    -repairs are incomplete
    -price of rent
    -loud streets during sleep hours
    -lots of crazy people hang around park
    -quality of repairs rating is 2/10
    -landlord says things will be fixed but is passive about actually addressing repairs
