STAY THE HELL AWAY

Pros:
Location is great. That’s it
Cons:
The worst ownership ever. Stay away. They do not give a single fuck about you or the building.

Be ready to pay rent via mail. Ownership is only available three hours per day, 4days per week. No email at all, which generally means no paper trail. Only way to contact them is to call. They are extremely slow to fix anything and it requires multiple calls to get anything done.

Building is in shit condition always. Our apartment got robbed because the front door of the building had a broken lock. Ownership did not care at all
Advice to owner:
It’s 2022, you need to grow up. Get email. Be more responsive. Keep the building clean and respect your tenants
