Landlord is a scammer

Pros:
-Pretty apartment, relatively good price
Cons:
-Landlord will make an excuse to throw you out after a year (some sort of scam)
-Landlord verbally harasses / watches over tenants (cameras in the hallways)
Advice to owner:
See above (scam).

Beware unstable landlord

Location, light and location
Cons:
Landlord is unstable and forces tenants out at her discretion. Deal seems too good to be true, and it is. She has cameras in the halls and is watching you.
Advice to owner:
Sell to someone capable of running a property.
