Awful management and super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location to subway, quiet block
Cons:
Management is very slow dealing with problems. The front door was kicked open with broken glass all over the lobby. We complained daily for a week before the door was fixed and the glass cleaned up. Constant excuses that the super is at another building.

Gem in Fort Greene
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nearby bodegas, Mr. Mango grocery store, and park. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of cultural happenings. Clean building w great super, cool neighbors, and reasonable landlord.
Cons:
Apartments that face Fulton street have the bus stop, which can be loud when the hydraulics are going up or down.
Advice to owner:
Soundproof windows on Atlantic. Otherwise it’s a great building.
