63 is for you and me!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord responsiveness Location to trains Updated kitchen oven/stove prior to move in when we asked Easy to communicate Super lived nearby
Cons:
We lived on the first floor and in the winter the high school would need to plow the parking lot for teachers if it snowed. Theyd start when the snow stopped which sometimes was at 2A, this resulted in a very loud scraping of cement against metal. Not the landlord or buildings fault but the only downside tbh
