Do not live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, private roof deck in the 4th floor apartment
Cons:
Ceiling leak, cockroaches, was harassed by neighbor on my floor, dirty building, no elevator, garbage not managed well in front of the building resulting in rats and garbage everywhere, extremely unhelpful and unreliable super + landlord.
Advice to owner:
Sell this to a responsible building owner and never manage a building again.
