Garbage building feels like the Projects
Former Tenant
Pros:
You got 1 good doorman in the day and 1 good cleaner everything else un acceptable
Cons:
I can't believe my eyes they have one person doing everything the super never around always have other people doing his work then trying to charge us for things that are free from the building not acceptable.

Worst mangement company; noisy neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great exterior and neat architectural features inside.
Cons:
The management company is horrendous and won't assist with resolving any issues. This is problematic since walls are thin and neighbors are noisy (many parents crammed into a studio with a kid, or otherwise noisy younger couples).
Advice to owner:
Find more courteous/respectful tenants for the building.

Pretty corner in the heart of Fort Greene
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartments with original steel casement windows
Cons:
Old pipes occasionally give brown water and leaks that trickle through apartments from higher floors to the lower ones.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Community, location, views
Cons:
Laundry in basement

Nice Location BUT…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great
Cons:
Don’t fix things even for owners in the building
Advice to owner:
Stop charging money to fix things that should be fixed for free
