Ok but improvements needed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, super is pretty responsive.
Cons:
Packages stolen by a resident in the building all the time and the landlords have done very little to stop it. Also, there is a big problem with roaches and cleanliness of the hallways. Finally, when something needs to be fixed, it’s often just a cheap patch job.
Advice to owner:
Take cleanliness of the building more seriously and stop package theft.

Decent, but problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighbors, quiet, good super
Cons:
Many things wrong when we moved in. Had to text the super almost daily
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants by email directly. Make sure units are fully ready when new tenants move in
