Restaurant makes it smelly, very loud street noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of neighbors have been here for decades. Historic building. Cigarette smoke not allowed.
Cons:
TONS of sirens and honking and car alarms. Restaurant noisy and busy. Cooking odors can get intense.. No bike racks. Management ignores repeated requests. 6 front steps are very steep with a lip on the front of each. Very hard to get anything with wheels up them. Some mice, windows hard to open, elevator and front door often broken.
Advice to owner:
Bike rack. Replace steep front steps or add a ramp. Make restaurant install better odor control.
