Worst Place I’ve Ever Lived

Pros:
Nearness to Williamsburg. Central layout.
Cons:
Property owner was awful. Had issues with aggressive, homophobic neighbors where multiple police reports were filed and the owner turned around and blamed it on us despite footage from both the building and our own phones showing otherwise.
Property was filled with trash and was entirely unkempt when we moved in. Stay clear of this place.
Advice to owner:
Do better
