Former Tenant
Pros:
good location renovated apartments are nice rent stabilized apartments are nice
Cons:
- heating is bad, old radiators. Its often cold in the apartment in winter, no answer to complains - building has cockroaches - someone steals packages from lobby. management wont do anything about it even though they have cameras in the lobby.
Advice to owner:
Fix heating and package stealing problem.

Classic South BK Walk Up
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area was super fun and also very quiet - around the corner from Domino park and fun shops/restaurants. Layout was nice with updated appliances.
Cons:
Cockroach and Mouse problem. Packages at the door not monitored so it's a prime place for package thieves. Super and Landlord are extremely unreliable when it comes to response time or getting someone to come into the apt to fix anything.
Advice to owner:
fix pest issue, install better security and have a responsive super.
