Will hike up your rent a ridiculous amount for an average building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty good location, the apartments are spacious, and you get pest control once a month.
Cons:
The super is an angry man and impossible to understand. The shared terrace is always polluted by someone's trash, and the management hikes the price up to $900 if they feel like it.

Worst management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Williamsburg is a great neighborhood.
Cons:
The management company (Ivan in particular) is a slum lord who raises the rent in to astronomical amounts so tenants have to be constantly moving in and out of the building. Our rent went up over $2000 for a new lease, our neighbors rent went up by $1300 and $900. There’s constantly trash thrown all over the sidewalk which nobody addresses. Whenever there is heavy rainfall there’s a fear of there being leaks in the building (as there have been before) and there are roaches. The super is called Hal and he’s a lovely guy, but definitely has too much on his work load. Avoid this place at all costs.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of your tenants. Stop raising the rent to unreasonable
amounts.
