Many problems here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is awesome. Trash is always handled well. Good location.
Cons:
Roach infestation. Water pressure in shower isn’t good and sometimes I have to wait ten minutes for water to come out. My neighbors are always screaming at each other in the middle of the night. From 7am to 6pm there is construction and jackhammer use outside my window. Hallway smells like cigarettes often.

Spacious for 1 or 2 people
Cons:
Roaches and harsh water. Hair fell out for a few months and filter was brown after 2 months
Advice to owner:
Remodel the apartment
