Loud, infested with mice

Pros:
Good location, great bodega underneath. Close to train and grocery, next to expensive parts of Williamsburg.
Cons:
Lived below a couple that nonstop fought, heard a man’s voice yelling almost every night for a year. Our apartment was infested with mice no matter how much we cleaned. Way overpriced for what you get.
Advice to owner:
Turn the heat on earlier in the fall and get rid of the mice!
