Decent building in Williamsburg
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is hard to beat. Close to transportation, shops, restaurants.
Cons:
The heat was inconsistent. Had to ask the LL repeatedly and made multiple reports until it was barely acceptable. There was a termite problem that the LL denied despite seeing them in the unit. Was not attentive or timely about resolving the problem.
