Spacious but noisy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, not too many neighbors
Cons:
Very busy area and right under train. Gets very noisy
almost-impossible-to-move-into hallway, improperly managed garbage, poor access for mail delivery, bad intercom system, poorly maintained (ceiling leaks), mice infestation, poorly insulated, wasn't cleaned prior to moving in (see: black residue on windows), no mail key, front door sometimes doesn't seal in a slightly more crime-ridden neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your investment. The rent is outrageous considering how poorly managed this is. It truly has great bones and could bring you in a decent amount of money if you just maintained it.
