quiet neighborhood, walkable, public transportation, close to groceries
Cons:
thin walls, poor insulation in the winters, little sunlight

beautiful loft, dishwasher, nice bathroom. big living rooms. lovely neighbors. great community.
Cons:
management. lied in listing about central air and rooftop access. issue of squatters during the time i lived there. management never fixed anything, impossible to get in contact with. ants EVERYWHERE in the summer.
Advice to owner:
be kind to your tenants...
