BEWARE DO NOT LIVE HERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pros:
NOTHING! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Cons:
never painted over walls when i moved in. graffiti and sharpy drawings all over. Lower building entrance broken lock from when someone broke in never fixed.

WORST BUG PROBLEM I EVER HAD.

Landlord would say he's going to do things and then never did.

The floors sunk in and you could see walls to the basement.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Advice to owner:
do not rent to anyone and get out of the landholding business.
