Decent but overpriced place to live

Pros:
Overall clean, working appliances, good water pressure
Cons:
Laundry always broke, window wouldn't completely close so it was cold in the winter, loud neighbors, tiny window in living room so very little natural light, hot water runs out

-amenities -quality of appliances and furnishings in building and unit
Cons:
-walls are super thin even between apartments and floors so noise can be an issue depending on the neighbors -the management is sometimes not fast with responding -we had some issues with leaks in our ceilings from other units

Pros:
Management is good to work with, great location, new appliances, nice layout of the apartment
Cons:
Poor noise insulation (you can hear everything above you and in the apartment next to you), overpriced for what you get
Advice to owner:
Better noise insulation for future buildings
