Best building ever!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved living here. Maintenance requests were quick and Mendy was always on top of building management. There are no bugs/mice, the building is quiet, packages are never stolen.
Cons:
Water pressure isn't great, living right above the parking garage (3rd floor) could get loud.

Great building if you're not above the garage
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in unit, balconies on the non-BQE side, good HVAC, overhead lighting
Cons:
Certain units near where the garage door/elevator is are unlivable. I had to move out when my kid was born because I didn't want the baby to have to deal with the noise of a 600 pound elevator door going off randomly below my apartment from 6am to midnight every day. Owner looked into it but couldn't do anything.
Thin doors, you can hear people across the hall in your apartment

Best building I've lived in in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Halls cleaned several times a week Manager incredibly responsive to any issues/questions Newer building that cares about your apartment being in the best possible shape for move in Respectful neighbors Big, sound-blocking windows
Cons:
Front of building looks out to BQE No gym Communal outdoor space not incredibly useful Small balconies
Advice to owner:
Honestly none.. if anything, I would recommend another, more private, outdoor space on the roof but all in all, it's a great place to live.
