Amazing Location but Comes at a Price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location Outdoor Space
Cons:
Went without heat, hot water, cooking gas for 30 days b/c owner looks to cut all possible costs. We normally have no heat occasionally but lasts 2-4 days. After that incident, we lost heat and water again for a few days. No toilet so they could "fix" it. There is actually 0 water pressure, water temperature is either scalding hot or frigid cold. Management responds like they are doing free charity work. Building is literally falling apart and they won't fix anything because "there are more important jobs." Nothing is up to code. The list goes on...
Refused to fix our broken sink for 5 months. It broke because the wall cabinet was coming off the wall and tilting forward. All the bottles in it would fall out and finally kept cracking the sink basin.
Within 2 months of moving in we had a complete ant infestation. We had to tape our windows and put diatomaceous earth in our cabinets.
