Management is okay, had rat and bug problems

Pros:
- location is great - management is responsive but late
Cons:
- a lot of noise from the restaurant downstairs - inside of the building is really dirty - management is not fast to resolve issues - i had rat and bug problems, they've sent exterminator but I had to wait a lot
